FAQ

How are your ingredients sourced?

We know that where ingredients are sourced helps to not only support those we care about, but affects the quality of our products. That is why we choose to personally source all organic, Non GMO, and sustainably grown ingredients by farms and providers that contribute to the well-being of Mother Earth. In turn, we treat each element with care, with all herbs being Solar and Full Moon Infused.

How is the Miracle Salve created?

Each batch is made throughout a long infusion process. All herbs are solar soaked in Safflower oil for 8-10 weeks. The local beeswax is slowly melted down through a double boiler. The organic & unrefined shea butter is added, and then the herbal oil is emulsified into the blend. The salve is then cooled and essential oils are added to then be individually packaged and stored in a cool dark place for storage.

Is my packaging recyclable?

Our new bottles were created in order to sustainably ship and store organic materials over long periods of time. The jar itself is glass and may be re-used or recycled. The lid is made of urea, a material that can aid in the composting process in smaller amounts.

How much can I apply at once?

Our recipe is formulated to be synergistic to your skin’s microbiome. This means when applied to our skin your body knows exactly what to do with it. Apply liberally directly to your skin. You cannot overdose or over-apply. Just like any cream or lotion, massage into your skin until absorbed as often as you’d like.

Where are the ingredients grown?

The hemp flower is grown organically by local and Earth conscious farmers in Sierra Valley, CA. The other herbs; Arnica flower, Calendula flower, Cats Claw, White Willow bark and St. John’s Wort are all well known for their anti-inflammatory properties, and sourced locally from Truckee Meadow Herbs in Reno, NV. The Safflower oil, Shae Butter, and essential oils are unrefined and sustainably sourced through Great Basin Community Food Co-Op in Reno, NV. The beeswax is also unrefined and sourced from McClaughry Farms in Grass Valley, CA. You can find them and taste their delicious honey during Truckee Farmer’s Markets.

All ingredients are 100% organic and the highest quality. The herbs are infused into the safflower oil throughout a 8-10 week soak, which are warmed and energized by the sun. The soaking process starts with the energy of each Full Moon, with the intention for self-care, healing and love. At the end of the lunar cycle, the herbal infused oil is blended with Shae Butter, Beeswax and essential oils for a velvety thick creamy feel.
